Responsibilities
- Lead technical streams and project deliverables in English while acting as a key contact for client stakeholders.
- Architect, test, and deploy scalable web applications and services within the .NET ecosystem.
- Collaborate across frontend and backend layers to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
- Translate business goals into technical architecture and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Mentor junior team members and enforce clean code, modern software design, and engineering best practices.
- Work with relational databases and data access frameworks to support robust application architectures.
- Drive development cycles, technical design reviews, code reviews, and system performance optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET development, including .NET Core, .NET 6+, or legacy .NET Framework.
- Practical experience building RESTful Web APIs, microservices, or web applications with frameworks such as ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ORM tools or data access frameworks such as Entity Framework, EF Core, or Dapper.
- Understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, design patterns, and Git.
- Ability to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
