Responsibilities
- Interview customers to organize logistics operations and challenges and define system requirements.
- Design WES-centered system configurations, business workflows, and interfaces.
- Define specifications for automation solutions involving robots, AGVs, automated warehouses, WMS, and peripheral systems.
- Coordinate customers, vendors, and development teams while managing issues and driving projects.
- Plan testing, support on-site implementation, propose post-launch improvements, and promote standardization.
Requirements
- Experience in system development, system implementation, systems integration, or business system construction.
- Experience in requirements definition, system design, or customer negotiation.
- Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of system integration and business workflows.
- Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency.
- Preferred: experience implementing WMS, WCS, WES, or production management systems.
- Preferred: knowledge of robots, AGVs, automated warehouses, or material-handling equipment.
- Preferred: PM, PMO, upstream systems engineering, or IT consulting experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of APIs, databases, networks, or cloud technologies.
- Preferred: experience using English in business.
