Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and contact for enterprise customers using Chromatic and Storybook.
- Guide customer onboarding, training, education, adoption, and scaling of Storybook across large organizations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and design tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Implement and maintain enterprise integrations, including SSO setups, and support onboarding and account management updates.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Developer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams on customer success and expansion opportunities.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and key account calls.
- Improve internal workflows, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Professional Services Engineer.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or developer tools company is preferred.
- Strong frontend background and familiarity with modern JavaScript tools and frameworks such as Webpack and React.
- Experience with Storybook and/or Chromatic is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, explain complex technical concepts clearly, and build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organization, dependability, prioritization, time management, and ability to manage multiple customer projects.
