Base Salary
$145k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers’ existing DevSecOps, CI/CD, policy, and template-governance tools and processes.
- Architect and implement optimized Harness configurations for integration, scalability, repeatability, and reliability.
- Engage customer executives and technical leaders to align Harness implementations with technical goals and business objectives.
- Develop implementation best practices, automations, reference patterns, and internal enablement documentation.
- Consult on DevSecOps, CI/CD, engineering, and related technology practices and solutions.
- Contribute to Harness product design, community activities, and the technical knowledge base.
- Work with pre-sales and post-sales teams to support customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 6+ years of DevOps experience as stated in the posting.
- Experience with multiple DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, monitoring, and development tools such as Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, AWS, Terraform, Python, and Linux.
- Experience delivering custom solutions to customers of varying sizes; external customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, collaboration, and process-optimization skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
