Responsibilities
- Lead automation strategies and implementations to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Oversee the end-to-end quality engineering lifecycle and monitor testing accuracy, control, and data integrity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make decisions affecting the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across projects.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts with project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience designing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex system behavior and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving testing processes and outcomes.
