Responsibilities

  • Build the global Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up as the first post-sales SE hire in the US.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Dust's product and platform capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead advanced implementation projects, including technical integrations and custom workflows.
  • Conduct training and workshop sessions to communicate Dust's value proposition effectively.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion among customers.
  • Champion customer needs with Product & Engineering teams, translating feedback into product requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles such as software engineering or solutions architect.
  • Action-oriented and organized self-starter mindset to solve customer issues.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Deep interest in understanding customer needs and expertise in Dust’s product.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust with technical advisors.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset to interpret customer feedback and behavior.
  • Passion for technology, problem-solving, and commitment to customer success.
  • High technical aptitude with experience in APIs, web development, and familiarity with LLMs.
