Responsibilities
- Build the global Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up as the first post-sales SE hire in the US.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Dust's product and platform capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, building relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead advanced implementation projects, including technical integrations and custom workflows.
- Conduct training and workshop sessions to communicate Dust's value proposition effectively.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion among customers.
- Champion customer needs with Product & Engineering teams, translating feedback into product requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles such as software engineering or solutions architect.
- Action-oriented and organized self-starter mindset to solve customer issues.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Deep interest in understanding customer needs and expertise in Dust’s product.
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust with technical advisors.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset to interpret customer feedback and behavior.
- Passion for technology, problem-solving, and commitment to customer success.
- High technical aptitude with experience in APIs, web development, and familiarity with LLMs.
