Base Salary
$135k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of innovative, cost-effective, mission-relevant solutions for complex government opportunities.
- Develop technical solutions, competitive costing, business-case alignment, and proposal approaches.
- Collaborate with business development, delivery accounts, corporate offerings, technical experts, program managers, and proposal managers.
- Present solution details and risks during governance reviews with senior management and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build relationships with partners, customers, government stakeholders, OEMs, and competitors.
- Shape customer requirements and communicate solution benefits to strategic and tactical stakeholders.
- Translate innovation and R&D into differentiated customer solutions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience, potentially including supervisory or management experience.
- At least 3 years supporting successful technical solutions for large, complex opportunities and proposal submissions for U.S. Federal and/or State/Local Government customers, including cyber and infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills across varied stakeholder levels, including senior and executive management.
- Expert knowledge across a broad range of mission-focused technology services and solutions.
- Advanced cyber certification such as CISSP, GSLC, or similar.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field is desired.
