Responsibilities
- Build and ship experiments to enhance monetization and user experiences.
- Evolve backend systems while ensuring code health and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and data scientists on high-impact features.
- Instrument and analyze experiments for informed iterations.
- Advocate for simplicity in solutions to ensure maintainability.
Requirements
- 4â5 years of backend development experience.
- Strong foundation in Python or Java.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
- Ability to think at a systems level and balance short-term velocity with long-term maintainability.
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with product teams.
