Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable full-stack services and customer experiences, including system design, API design, and data modeling.
- Implement maintainable, observable frontend and backend code across multiple services and domains.
- Collaborate with product, design, and partner engineering teams to translate requirements into reusable technical solutions.
- Own the complete lifecycle of services and features, including development, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Use data-driven methods, experimentation, and analytics to optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions and support responsible adoption of AI-driven tools and workflows.
- Drive technical improvements such as performance tuning, resilience hardening, instrumentation, alerting, and long-term service health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- At least 5 years of professional experience building and operating production software services and full-stack applications.
- Proven ownership of software services or components across design, implementation, quality, deployment, and operational health.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, system design, API design, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and service architectures.
- Experience designing multi-service or multi-component architectures, APIs, data models, and system integrations.
- Experience with reliability engineering, observability, alerting, on-call, or incident response for high-traffic services.
- Ability to use experimentation, A/B testing, or analytics to inform technical and product decisions.
- Experience integrating AI/ML-enabled capabilities and using AI-driven tools or workflows responsibly.
