Responsibilities
- Interview stakeholders, map workflows, estimate impact, and select Assist, Automate, or Compose solutions.
- Build knowledge copilots using Glean Search and Assistant, Gemini for Workspace, prompt libraries, and retrieval configurations.
- Develop and productionize agentic workflows using Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, and API integrations.
- Create and maintain full-stack AI applications, including frontend and backend development, cloud resource management, deployment, and runbooks.
- Produce AI training decks, hands-on labs, prompt guides, and office hours for colleagues.
- Track adoption, demonstrate outcomes, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with stakeholder discovery, process mapping, requirements clarification, and AI use-case design.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge retrieval tools such as Glean, Gemini, Windsurf, or Claude Code, including retrieval tuning.
- Experience with automation tools such as Glean Agents and Vertex AI, including chaining steps across APIs.
- Experience with cloud development, deployment, and architecture using technologies such as CircleCI, Kafka, Kubernetes, GraphQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS services, and GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, incident alerting, and service reliability practices.
- Skill with LLM prompting, context engineering, MCPs, A2A protocol, and human-in-the-loop evaluation and feedback.
- At least 5 years of experience working with data and APIs, including SQL, REST, JSON, and CSV.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or related experience.
- Experience leading workshops or creating self-service educational materials.
