Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for the Asset Hub.
- Implement clean, maintainable frontend experiences using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and utilize AI tooling for efficiency.
- Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and data models for asset transactions.
- Replace manual processes with scalable tooling for asset management.
- Own features from technical design through deployment and iteration.
- Handle sensitive material with a focus on security and privacy.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and management to translate requirements into solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a startup.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript; Next.js preferred.
- Experience building server-side logic and APIs, with proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable taking projects from concept to deployment in an ambiguous environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Experience using AI development tools in regular workflows.
