Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Implement software development best practices to improve performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architectural discussions and align software solutions with business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive application documentation.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to development process and methodology improvements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for full-stack development.
- Expertise in commerce full-stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 10 years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and day-shift environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
