Responsibilities
- Support second- and third-line technical escalations and resolve complex full-stack issues across user interfaces and database queries.
- Develop custom UI elements and workflows using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Create server-side C# plugins to expose APIs, integrate systems, and implement custom business logic.
- Build customer relationships, gather requirements, provide technical support, and help enterprise customers succeed with Clio Operate.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to promote client-specific innovations into the core platform.
- Create technical documentation and video tutorials and help non-technical teammates build platform expertise.
- Use and contribute to AI tooling to improve individual and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL Server.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and clean coding practices.
- Experience delivering and supporting software in production environments.
- Ability to work directly with customers, gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and provide support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an interest in improving software development craft using AI.
- Familiarity with Azure, DevOps, or similar cloud-based delivery models.
- Preferred qualifications include customer-facing implementation consulting or solution support experience, SQL tuning expertise, distributed systems or event-driven architecture experience, and open-source contributions or a portfolio of side projects.
