Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across HR, Legal, and Finance.
- Build scalable, upgrade-safe frameworks and reusable automation components.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics for automation impact, case trends, performance, and operational KPIs.
- Implement AI-powered capabilities including Now Assist, AI Agents, intelligent case classification, and predictive workflow automation.
- Own technical delivery from solution design through deployment, testing, and production support.
- Translate functional requirements into ServiceNow technical designs and user stories.
- Architect complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise middleware.
- Apply platform best practices for code quality, governance, DevOps alignment, security, testing, and upgrade readiness.
- Provide ServiceNow technical leadership, mentor developers, and influence product strategy.
- Partner with Product and Architecture teams on scalable business transformation solutions.
- Analyze application issues, improve performance, protect confidential data, and define interfaces and nonfunctional requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or relevant equivalent experience.
- 6–10+ years of enterprise application development experience, including 4–6+ years of advanced ServiceNow development in HRSD and/or CSM.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience delivering complex cross-functional automation solutions in large-scale Agile enterprise environments.
- Experience taking systems from requirements through launch and production operations.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD are required.
- CIS–HRSD or CSM certification is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered capabilities and enterprise platforms such as Oracle HCM or Finance systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership capabilities.
