Base Salary
$142k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and advocate enterprise AI and MLOps architectures aligned with customer strategic goals.
- Build production-grade MLOps pipelines using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
- Guide model selection based on business use cases, GPU memory constraints, cost profiles, and licensing models.
- Design containerized model-deployment architectures with KServe and optimize low-latency inference servers such as vLLM, TGI, and Triton.
- Establish automated benchmarking and testing pipelines measuring throughput, hardware efficiency, and cost per inference.
- Collaborate with customer and project teams to manage scope, mitigate architectural risks, and meet delivery goals.
- Participate in consulting sales motions, scope complex engineering engagements, create high-level proposals, and deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Create architectural blueprints, deployment guides, diagrams, documentation, and reusable best practices.
- Deliver customer workshops, paired-programming sessions, and architectural reviews.
- Coach junior consultants and engineering associates on deploying AI workloads on Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in a related technology position, such as sales, consulting, operations, or development.
- 5+ years of experience with public cloud and Linux technologies.
- 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or Kubernetes.
- 3+ years of experience delivering production-ready AI solutions.
- 3+ years of experience delivering production-ready machine-learning use cases.
- Experience designing and delivering implementations using public and private cloud infrastructure technologies and providers is preferred.
- Red Hat Certified Architect or OpenShift Specialist certification is preferred.
- Experience publishing technical whitepapers or architectural blueprints, or speaking at industry conferences such as Red Hat Summit or KubeCon, is preferred.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
