Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development staff, contract and offshore engineers, and business product owners in an agile environment.
- Code, test, implement, and document solutions using web and cloud technologies.
- Perform design and analysis for deliverables and lead system-level architecture design sessions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor engineers on design and coding standards.
- Recommend solutions based on costs, business needs, and system impacts.
- Support architectural analysis across platforms to develop end-to-end solutions.
- Use third-party frameworks, open-source libraries, and APIs to develop application solutions.
- Keep current with technology advances and contribute to project deliverables.
- Assist with presentations and potentially lead development meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent education/experience.
- At least three years of Core Java experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, object-oriented and functional programming, Spring Framework, J2EE development, service-oriented architecture, dependency injection, and core architecture.
- At least two years of experience with database design techniques, including relational, document, star-schema, and Kimball models.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, Apache Cassandra, and Amazon DynamoDB.
- Understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services and supporting tools.
- Experience with build, deployment, testing, source-control, and development tools.
- Knowledge of distributed computing technologies such as Microsoft HPC, SageMaker, and Spark.
- At least two years of experience with integration and service frameworks, API gateways, Apache Camel, Swagger API, Zookeeper, Kafka, messaging tools, and microservices.
- Knowledge of microservices and API development using technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Entity Framework, IIS, Swagger, OData, .NET API 2, .NET API Core, and AutoMapper.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools including Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and technologies including Angular, React, Vue.js, ASP.NET MVC, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax.
- Strong software development, research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, prioritization, and customer-focus skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, big data, real-time streaming analytics, data warehousing, source-to-target mappings, and ETL.
- Preferred: experience with Kiro and Copilot agentic coding platforms, AWS or Microsoft certifications, and financial services.
