Responsibilities
- Transform high-level product ideas into concrete technical plans by engaging with stakeholders.
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across the full stack.
- Navigate and improve an existing codebase, managing tech debt effectively.
- Anticipate second-order effects and manage technical and product tradeoffs.
- Utilize AI tools daily to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Critically evaluate AI outputs and product requests.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Proven track record of owning features or systems end-to-end.
- Experience with navigating and improving a non-trivial codebase.
- Advanced hands-on use of AI coding tools in daily workflows.
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
- Backgrounds in technical founding, early engineering roles, or active open-source contributions are preferred.
