Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect - PubSec - Canada
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce platform authority for sophisticated enterprise customers.
- Lead customer workstreams, discovery sessions, requirements definition, solution architecture, business process design, user stories, and functional system designs.
- Guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce technologies to achieve business outcomes.
- Manage customer expectations, risks, roadblocks, difficult conversations, third-party partners, and issue resolution through completion.
- Review project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep implementations on track and maintainable.
- Drive program vision and advise on project strategies while contributing to consulting practice initiatives, community knowledge, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level projects across the full software development life cycle using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Extensive Salesforce platform configuration and customization experience, including authority-level system architecture and current-state to desired-state solution design.
- Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and producing detailed system and functional designs.
- Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Strong presentation, written communication, facilitation, listening, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Security Clearance; candidates must be Canadian citizens, and permanent residents are not eligible for this clearance level.
- Preferred qualifications include high-value agile business outcomes, customer or partner success stories, Experience Cloud experience, Salesforce certifications, consulting experience, and Public Sector client experience.

- The role requires Canadian Government Security Clearance eligibility; Reliability Clearance generally requires five years of verifiable work and residence history, while Secret Clearance generally requires ten years.
- For Ontario-based roles, the stated base salary range is CAD 115,200 to CAD 165,200 annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
