Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of high-impact technical incidents and customer escalations.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain core infrastructure services, integrations, and automation.
- Guide customers through implementation and onboarding of access-governance solutions.
- Improve system performance, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Establish technical standards, document architecture and support procedures, and mentor junior analysts.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Participate in on-call support and incident response.
- Translate customer feedback and onboarding experiences into product requirements and roadmap input.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Java and cloud-specific technologies.
- Ability to work closely with customers to understand requirements and guide implementation.
- Ability to diagnose complex technical incidents and develop scalable governance solutions.
