Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies and test plans for Network Supply Chain Solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and regression suites.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across complex supply chain workflows.
- Validate integrations, data flows, and interoperability between supply chain participants and connected systems.
- Analyze requirements, identify quality risks, and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Investigate and troubleshoot defects and automated test failures with Development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and collaborate with Development, Product Management, and other QA teams.
- Support release validation and provide quality assessments for new releases.
- Improve QA processes, automation, and testing practices, including the use of AI and other modern technologies.
- Share technical and domain knowledge and mentor other QA engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software QA and testing.
- Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation.
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Experience with network-based supply chain or supply chain collaboration solutions, interoperability, and system integrations.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
- Experience with Java or another programming language used for test automation.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git/GitHub, JIRA, and API testing.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve QA and automation productivity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
