Base Salary
$170k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to build and deploy impactful Gen AI and machine learning solutions.
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI systems such as retrieval-augmented generation and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Create augmented real-world datasets and comprehensive evaluation workflows.
- Forge and manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pre-sales Solutions and Product teams to align customer needs with capabilities.
- Standardize solutions and contribute to internal tooling and best practices.
- Lead stakeholder education on quantitative capabilities.
- Conduct enablement workshops for customers using Snorkel AI.
- Work on complex National Security problems.
- Travel up to 25% annually.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Python and strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Expertise across the Applied AI stack, including classical ML libraries and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience leading strategic, customer-facing initiatives.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with federal Requests for Comment, Information, and Proposals is preferred.
- Experience with Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies is preferred.
- Candidates must have an active TS (Top Secret) Clearance.
