Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution and establish the Mountain View Physical AI Lab.
- Build and deploy Sim2Real and agentic robotics solutions.
- Develop ROS 2-based perception, planning, and control systems.
- Lead multi-robot orchestration and autonomous systems projects.
- Drive customer demonstrations, proofs of concept, and innovation initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and support recruiting efforts.
- Partner with universities, industry leaders, and research organizations.
- Represent WIN Labs at conferences, customer engagements, and industry events.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in robotics, autonomy, or AI.
- Strong expertise in Python, C++, ROS/ROS 2, and robotics simulation platforms.
- Proven experience delivering Sim2Real and production robotics solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Agentic AI, Multi-Robot Systems, or Robotics and Controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Open-RMF, NVIDIA robotics tools, humanoids, AMRs, drones, or mobile manipulators.
- Preferred customer-facing robotics solution delivery and experience leading distributed engineering teams.
- Preferred publications, patents, open-source contributions, or robotics competition achievements.
