Responsibilities
- Align and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for applications.
- Plan and manage DevOps pipelines across application planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize DevOps tools for client applications.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting that connects application releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support, resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times, and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience with AWS-native application services.
- Ability to engineer and customize DevOps tools, automate deployment and testing, and support application infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve customer tickets within specified timelines.
