Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for multiple core product areas.
Establish and maintain organization-wide technical standards and best practices.
Provide expert architectural guidance to leadership and engineering teams.
Mentor and guide Tech Leads and senior engineers.
Oversee and approve key design documents and architectural proposals.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Define and communicate the overall architectural vision to engineering teams.
Report on architectural roadmap progress and technical insights to leadership.

10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years as a hands-on architect.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, high-scale distributed systems.
Deep expertise in core technology stack: Scala, Play, Kafka, Flink, Pulsar, S3.
Experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Systems.
Strong experience with data architecture, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to drive consensus across multiple teams without relying on authority.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for mentoring and upskilling other engineers.
