Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software configuration and system integration issues.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate across teams, and contribute to or make key technical decisions.
- Lead best practices for application configuration and deployment processes.
- Mentor team members and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application features with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning is required.
- At least 5 years of overall experience is stated in the project requirements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise supply chain planning concepts and their application in packaged software solutions.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application customization and extension.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software configuration and system integration issues.
- Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
