Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to uncover requirements and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Design, build, test, demonstrate, iterate, and deploy AI agents and agentic solutions.
- Own hands-on engineering across the full solution lifecycle from rapid prototype through deployment.
- Adapt solutions to different client architectures, data environments, platforms, and tools.
- Demonstrate solutions, gather feedback, and collaborate with product, data, technology, and business teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant software, data, or AI engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience developing AI applications, agents, or related solutions.
- Strong Python development skills and understanding of AI agents and agentic architectures.
- Ability to take solutions from business requirements through design, development, demonstration, and deployment.
- Experience with modern data and AI technologies, including exposure to Snowflake or Databricks and foundational data science skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for explaining technical concepts, demonstrating solutions, and working in a consulting environment.
