Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and consultation through Zendesk tickets and customer calls.
- Handle complex and urgent customer situations, including incident response and escalations.
- Conduct in-depth debugging and analysis of customer codebases.
- Offer architectural guidance on WordPress implementations.
- Build and update internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and customer experience.
Requirements
- Candidates must be based in the United States and hold US citizenship.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly.
- Self-motivated work ethic with a strong initiative.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities to break down complex problems.
- Experience in customer-facing roles within an enterprise support environment.
- Proficiency in WordPress and understanding of web technologies.
