Base Salary

$70k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and consultation through Zendesk tickets and customer calls.
  • Handle complex and urgent customer situations, including incident response and escalations.
  • Conduct in-depth debugging and analysis of customer codebases.
  • Offer architectural guidance on WordPress implementations.
  • Build and update internal and customer-facing documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be based in the United States and hold US citizenship.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly.
  • Self-motivated work ethic with a strong initiative.
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities to break down complex problems.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within an enterprise support environment.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and understanding of web technologies.
