Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work across the stack, from backend APIs and infrastructure to frontend interfaces.
- Write and ship production-grade code that balances speed, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into polished, user-centered experiences.
- Lead and mentor other engineers, sharing knowledge and elevating the team’s technical bar.
- Own the full lifecycle of features, from concept to mockup to deployment and iteration.
- Contribute to architecture and process decisions that improve developer velocity and system reliability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or large-scale web applications.
- Proven experience designing and building complex, performant, and reliable systems end-to-end.
- Strong product and design sensibility, caring about user experience and product polish.
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments.
- Specific framework or stack experience is not required; adaptability and problem-solving are valued.
