Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the Intelligent Optimization Framework as a continuous, kaizen-based operating rhythm.
- Redesign and rerun workflows through structured measurement and improvement cycles.
- Analyze Copilot Dashboard, Work IQ, usage, adoption, and operational signals to prioritize improvements.
- Continuously improve prompt libraries, enablement materials, and agent configurations.
- Detect agent drift, evaluate agent performance, and rework or retire low-value agents and workflows.
- Establish standard work, ownership models, review cadences, and repeatable improvement practices.
- Facilitate improvement workshops and retrospectives with business and technical stakeholders.
- Capture reusable improvement patterns and playbooks.
- Transfer optimization practices, cadences, and tooling to customer teams for sustainable operation.
- Manage multiple projects or portfolios and lead blended, multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus 6+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, or a technology domain; or bachelor's degree in one of these fields plus 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
- 1+ year of experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent continuous-improvement certification.
- Preferred: experience improving AI or automation solutions in production, including model, prompt, or agent performance management.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Copilot adoption, the Copilot Dashboard in Viva Insights, and usage-signal analysis.
- Preferred: understanding of agent drift detection, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Preferred: experience connecting improvement work to value and P&L outcomes.
- Preferred: experience with continuous improvement, operational excellence, kaizen, Lean, quality assurance, production-system evaluation, and customer capability transfer.
- Preferred: strong facilitation, stakeholder management, operational analysis, and problem-solving skills.

- Typical base pay range in Canada is CAD $124,600–$225,600 per year.
