Base Salary
$200k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build products, documentation, and developer tools that extend Bluesky’s reach into the open network.
- Create user experiences for authentication, identity management, developer documentation, and related functionality.
- Build and maintain API services that support third-party developers.
- Maintain production hosting and identity services.
- Maintain open-source SDKs and service distributions.
- Support the long-term success and approachability of AT Protocol for developers and end users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of expert-level experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and the Web platform.
- UI/UX expertise from working on user-focused product teams.
- Experience building and operating backend web services in production.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWTs, public-key cryptography, and the Web security model.
- Interest in working on small, fast-moving teams and contributing to AT Protocol.
- Preferred: experience building with AT Protocol, Go experience at scale, authentication and identity-management expertise, and extensive production-operations experience including Linux, sysadmin skills, or DevOps.
