Responsibilities

Design, code, deliver, and maintain software projects and products end to end.
Partner with business stakeholders to define project deliverables and manage the R&D roadmap.
Collaborate with Technical Relationship Managers and Architects to translate client requests into robust solutions.
Own production defect management and drive issues through resolution.
Tailor processes for time-sensitive issues and bring them to effective closure.
Provide technical guidance to others and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Engineering bachelor’s degree such as BE or B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science.
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong working knowledge of Java 8+, ORM, and Spring Boot, with experience in JUnit or Cypress.
Experience with at least one relational database such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Experience designing scalable microservices solutions, working with REST APIs, debugging, and log frameworks such as ELK.
Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and responsive design coding; Angular experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, and continuous integration practices.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade software end to end and providing technical guidance.
Strong analytical, reasoning, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and strong attention to detail and quality.
