$125k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support Appian Investment Applications for Pacific Life’s Institutional division and provide end-user support.
- Partner with Technology, IT, functional, and business teams to understand requirements and develop effective workflow solutions.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates and patches.
- Identify and implement process improvements in existing Investments Appian applications.
- Create and review programming documentation and recommend changes to development, maintenance, and application standards.
- Perform process development, testing, and debugging using best practices.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with other Appian Platform resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing BPM applications.
- Appian Level 2 and/or Level 3 certification.
- Software development experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, Visual Basic, or C#.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with Appian administration, integrations, plug-ins, application servers, and MS-SQL or an equivalent database.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Appian, BPM, or workflow development experience; Appian UI design, custom data types, and process design knowledge are preferred.
- Experience with Azure Pipelines and AWS is preferred.
