Base Salary
$135k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop product features from the ground up, including knowledge base analysis and information collection techniques.
- Enhance the retrieval augmented generation engine using vector search and document re-ranking.
- Architect abstractions for integrating various types of LLMs tailored for different applications.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and improve their experience with the product.
- Be versatile in roles, including coding, user research, and cross-team collaboration.
- Encourage a positive team culture focused on product quality and initiative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor.
- Ambitious and driven with high personal and team goals.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

- Experience contributing to small teams or startups.
