Responsibilities
- Develop and scale AI-powered developer productivity capabilities, including local MCP integrations, token optimization techniques, and OpenSpec standards.
- Improve the developer inner loop through standardized environments, Dev Containers, pull-request validation workflows, and automated code review optimization.
- Build and support enterprise developer platforms, internal tools, applications, infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD systems.
- Work across full-stack development, platform engineering, developer experience, data engineering, and software build systems.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging software tools and technologies, solve problems through completion, and contribute to engineering culture through collaboration, communication, learning, and mentoring.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on application development experience using one or more of JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- Preferred: at least 6 years of experience with one or more of JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree, master's degree, or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with test-driven development, Agile environments, AWS or AWS certification, and distributed systems, APIs, microservices, data processing, databases, streaming or messaging platforms, DevOps, resilience, and stability.
