Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance middle-tier application services supporting investment analytics workflows.
Develop scalable tools and services for processing, analyzing, and delivering investment data.
Build and improve web applications used by internal investment and analytics teams.
Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, researchers, and business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Contribute to system architecture and the long-term evolution of the platform.
Improve installation, deployment, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Work with cloud-based infrastructure and modern software delivery practices.
Use Python, C#, and related technologies to automate workflows and create analytical applications.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and efforts to improve software quality and maintainability.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
At least 4 years of professional programming experience with Python.
Experience building production-quality applications or services using Python, C#, or a similar language.
Experience developing in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
Experience with database technologies.
Familiarity with modern web application development using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD tools and source control systems such as GitLab.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar tools.
Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.
Familiarity with investment data, financial analytics, or portfolio management systems is a plus.
Basic understanding of asset management is a plus but not required.

Base salary range of $100,000 to $215,000 per year.
