Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the Ops AI Platform for creating, deploying, monitoring, and evaluating AI agents.
- Develop agent capabilities including tool calling, multi-agent architectures, internal-tool integrations, context-aware interfaces, and follow-up actions.
- Create tooling for prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, evaluations, and autonomous agent maintenance.
- Build safety and reliability mechanisms including progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop validation, fine-grained permissions, and action limits.
- Scale the platform from dozens to tens of thousands of automated operational tasks per day.
- Influence system architecture and code quality while mentoring engineers and participating in hiring and team building.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack engineering and systems architecture background, with particular strength in backend engineering.
- Interest in or experience with LLMs, traditional ML, or ML DevOps is advantageous.
- Product-minded, self-directed, pragmatic, collaborative, and curious.
- Fluent English; French is not required.
