Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate secure, reliable, scalable production software and services.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics, and technical designs.
- Drive code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and security and compliance practices.
- Deliver customer outcomes end-to-end by prototyping, iterating on feedback, and meeting quality, performance, and maintainability goals.
- Build reusable components, reference implementations, and patterns for use across teams and engagements.
- Lead technical workstreams, align stakeholders, break down ambiguous problems, and drive execution through delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, design, and security teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Preferred: master's degree and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and cloud AI platforms.
- Comfort with travel of up to 25%.
