Responsibilities
- Explain Engine’s architecture, technology, functionality, and value to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead technical designs during Engine implementation projects and build relationships with client engineering leads, service owners, and systems integrator partners.
- Design software services and integrations, provide solutions to client requirements, and collaborate with Product and engineering teams on fulfilment.
- Shape product roadmap decisions, document scope and roadmap choices, and support subsequent delivery waves.
- Own the technical aspects of client deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and architect solutions that enhance the Engine platform.
- Provide technical guidance using documentation, API specifications, and sequence diagrams while supporting ongoing client success.
Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end software engineering or solution architecture across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with software service design and integration, including RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specification, and sequence diagrams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and large-scale cloud applications.
- Experience in client-facing work and building stakeholder relationships.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, including communicating complex subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience in retail or business banking, core banking, card processing, payments, large-scale digital transformation, application migration, solution integration, SaaS client solutions, business cases, or global financial regulations.
