Base Salary
$183k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, review, and optimize production-ready code daily.
- Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance code.
- Own technical delivery for complex projects or subsystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features.
- Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability.
- Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Docker and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to independently lead delivery of complex technical projects.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Track record of mentoring junior engineers.
