Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and support the ServiceNow application.
- Work within ServiceNow as the client’s IT Service Management tool.
- Support Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and CMDB, and Request Management.
- Lead technical development teams and facilitate discussions across multiple groups.
- Present technical information to management.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- An active Public Trust clearance is required.
- Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow application development or ServiceNow platform and architecture knowledge.
- Experience with ServiceNow development and code best practices.
- Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Knowledge or experience with SDLC practices, change management, configuration management, and problem/risk management.
- Experience with VersionOne or ServiceNow for change and configuration management.
- Strong oral and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge or experience with Agile methodologies and MS Office Suite.
