Responsibilities
- Compose red-team and blue-team agentic workflows for production use cases.
- Configure harnesses for cloud defense, vulnerability scanning, dynamic red-teaming, and penetration testing.
- Translate client security requirements into agentic solutions and deploy services clients rely on.
- Design context engineering and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex cybersecurity workflows.
- Ship quickly, iterate based on client feedback, and collaborate with pentesters and SWE-Cyber engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building agents, LLM orchestration, context engineering, evaluations, and RAG systems.
- Ability to operate independently, deliver quickly, reuse internal components, and maintain a customer-led mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Cybersecurity or penetration-testing knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include end-to-end agentic harness or multi-agent system development, agent evaluation and benchmarking, security tooling or workflow experience, production AI work in regulated or high-stakes environments, and French proficiency.
