Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality scalable full-stack software solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, estimate work, drive design discussions, and build prototypes.
- Develop unit tests and automated functional and non-functional tests while participating in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex performance, security, heap, and operational issues and identify bottlenecks.
- Support cloud-based deployments, container orchestration, infrastructure scaling, and delivery processes.
- Work with customer technical teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or a master’s degree.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java software design and development.
- Proficiency with Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and enterprise web technologies.
- Knowledge of REST API design, design patterns, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Hibernate, and database technologies.
- Experience with Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, PL/SQL, messaging tools, web servers, and application servers is preferred.
- Knowledge of SOAP, XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, SAML, and SSO, with SAML/SSO stated as mandatory.
- Experience with development, testing, source control, build, analysis, profiling, and security tools is preferred.
- Understanding of JVM concepts, garbage collection, heap and stack behavior, profiling, class loading, and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and related container, orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD practices is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
