Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications for Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Field Service.
- Build C# plug-ins, workflows, Power Automate flows, custom APIs, web resources, and UI components using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using OData, Web APIs, REST, SOAP, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, and Dual Write.
- Support CE data migration, security roles and field-level security, auditing, logging, monitoring, and compliance.
- Manage GitHub version control, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and build, release, and deployment activities across Dev, UAT, and Prod environments.
- Develop automation and AI solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Pages.
- Perform unit, automated UI, regression, and integration testing for Dynamics 365 CE customizations.
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, project teams, and business stakeholders; participate in workshops, demos, and technical discussions.
- Provide technical guidance, create reusable frameworks and accelerators, and ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, and upgrade-safe delivery.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of ERP/CRM technical development experience, including 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience delivering at least four full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations in Sales and/or Field Service.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Field Service.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Platform, plug-in development, workflows, Power Automate, and custom UI components.
- Experience with Azure services, integration frameworks, ETL and data migration tools, GitHub, Azure DevOps pipelines, and environment management.
- Knowledge of the CE data model, entities, security framework, resource scheduling, work orders, service tasks, mobile/offline scenarios, and CE upgrades.
- Experience with testing tools such as Leapwork, Azure App Testing, Playwright, JMeter, Ranorex, Selenium, or equivalent platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and middleware solutions for data integration, reporting, and analytics.
- Preferred certifications include MB-400, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, and MB-240.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team environments.
