Associate Engineer - Java developer

- Lead the backend development team and drive technical decisions.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and delivery.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and technical debt management.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in backend systems.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.
- Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with reactive programming using Reactor or Akka.
- Preferred knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka.
