Base Salary
$175k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers to understand their goals and advise on Ironclad and enterprise-system solutions that deliver business value.
- Advise Ironclad, customer, and partner implementation teams on high-value architecture practices.
- Lead or participate in collaborative sessions, structured workshops, and deployment project teams.
- Develop long-term advisory relationships with larger customers and partners from executive stakeholders through delivery teams.
- Provide product-roadmap intelligence based on customer business and technical drivers.
- Share solution-pattern expertise through Ironclad content channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in software, systems, or enterprise architecture.
- Deep experience with cloud architecture and modern platform concepts including SaaS, PaaS, cross-cloud integration, and multi-tenancy.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, procurement, ERP, ITSM, security/trust/risk, data visualization, and identity-provider systems.
- Knowledge of business processes such as procure-to-pay and quote-to-cash.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration technologies, including event-based integration, RESTful concepts, and middleware approaches.
- Experience enabling analytics, data-based insights, and artificial intelligence.
- Experience with enterprise architecture principles such as persona-based journeys, process orchestration, and master data management.
- Understanding of security processes, regulations, standards, and challenges for cloud or hybrid applications.
- Articulate, consultative, pragmatic communication style with mature written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with AI/LLM configuration, prompt design, evaluation, and related tools such as Claude Code.
