Base Salary

$160k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain user-facing applications, backend services, and APIs for the cloud-based investment analytics platform.
Develop reusable UI components and shared platform capabilities across applications.
Build and improve data pipelines, integrations, and logical and physical data models.
Collaborate with product and design to shape requirements and create clear technical designs.
Support feature rollouts, feature flags, issue triage, defect resolution, and delivery through completion.
Improve developer tooling, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability through logging, metrics, and telemetry.
Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, documentation, and a strong engineering culture.

Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of professional software development experience building data-rich platforms or products.
At least 3 years of SQL experience using complex queries against large datasets.
At least 3 years of Python and/or TypeScript experience.
Experience building modern web applications and reusable UI components with React and TypeScript.
Experience with Python for enterprise-level, production-quality software.
Familiarity with data modeling, data management, and data warehouse concepts.
Experience developing applications on Azure or comparable cloud environments using Git and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and systematic-thinking skills.
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or Azure Event Grid is a plus, as is an interest in finance.

Hybrid work arrangement with 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.
