Base Salary

$200k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, cloud infrastructure, and automation capabilities.
  • Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve application delivery and deployment reliability.
  • Provide advanced Level 3 production support and resolve incidents for enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
  • Partner with development, architecture, security, and operations teams on scalable and secure solutions.
  • Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to architecture and technical decision-making.
  • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, platform resiliency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience and at least 2 years in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting distributed applications and services across the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps-focused delivery organizations; full-stack development experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with GitHub and/or GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerized application deployment, and Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, Linux and Windows environments, and Jira or similar issue-tracking platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, quality, reliability, and customer-service skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include Azure certifications, cloud security and compliance experience, highly available mission-critical production systems experience, automated testing frameworks, DevSecOps practices, and financial services industry experience.
