Responsibilities

  • Research GTM stakeholders and workflows from pre-sales through post-sales, then create a prioritized backlog with problem statements, impact and feasibility scoring, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Build and refine AI agents for a defined area of the revenue lifecycle, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, output calibration, and working solutions on shared infrastructure.
  • Remain embedded in pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, and account strategy sessions to ensure systems reflect live commercial and customer workflows.
  • Own system reliability and quality by monitoring adoption, diagnosing output failures, and continuously tuning and iterating on shipped systems.
  • Validate field signals, structure deal and customer patterns, and contribute knowledge to a shared hub that improves agent outputs.
  • Identify reusable patterns and scale successful solutions across account scenarios, customer segments, and deal stages.
  • Partner with Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership to drive context, adoption, and business impact.
  • Help define the operating playbook for Braze's emerging Applied AI function.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct commercial involvement, such as Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Account Executive, Sales Leadership, or GTM strategy, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that materially changed real work processes.
  • Technical fluency in integration architecture, system-level agent evaluation, prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows, including the ability to work with Python, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the operating realities of AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leaders, Customer Success, and business value teams.
  • Executive-level customer engagement experience and sufficient field credibility to present outputs in opportunities and executive business reviews.
  • Experience taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption rather than handing them off after development.
  • Ability to balance field engagement, system building, and continuous refinement across multiple workstreams.
  • High autonomy, self-direction, systems thinking, pattern recognition, and product-oriented problem solving.
  • Product Management background or equivalent experience shipping solutions that users adopt.
  • Experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or field architecture within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Snowflake.
  • Experience scaling internal tools or systems beyond an immediate team.
  • Analytical ability to evaluate deal data, diagnose output failures, and build data-driven recommendation systems.
