Base Salary
$113k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the estate-wide Adobe platform adoption roadmap across proof of concept, pilot, scale, and continuous evolution.
- Design and configure pilot solutions and transition them to support teams for scaled rollout.
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and office hours while tracking adoption metrics and reporting value to leadership.
- Define reference architectures, integration patterns, configuration standards, governance models, and data governance controls.
- Design and configure Workfront and AEM Assets integrations for unified content operations and automated asset lifecycle management.
- Lead architecture for instance consolidation and migration, including sequencing, preconditions, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex issues across Workfront, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, and connected Creative Cloud tools.
- Perform root cause analysis, design lasting fixes, and partner with Adobe Support and account teams on product defects.
- Advise internal leadership, the Global Platforms team, and business unit owners on technical trade-offs.
- Direct supporting administrators, developers, and implementation partners within an Agile delivery model.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, including at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets.
- Working knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture, including author, publish, and dispatcher tiers, Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working across multiple instances or a federated platform estate and resolving complex issues across integrated systems.
- Demonstrated success leading platform adoption or change management programs at scale.
- Experience directing or coordinating administrators, developers, or implementation partners.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to present technical trade-offs clearly.
- Preferred Adobe certifications include AEM Architect, Workfront Core Developer, or equivalent.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe I/O, and Adobe Firefly Services APIs.
- Experience in agency or multi-brand environments, instance consolidation, or platform migration programs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and React for front-end integration discussions.
