Responsibilities
- Build and operate backend systems at scale to detect and neutralize digital threats.
- Design and implement high-throughput ingestion, enrichment, and alerting pipelines.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Take ownership of product decisions and iterate on shipped releases.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production backend services or full-stack features.
- Strong mastery of at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java, or Node).
- Experience architecting scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience building and operating large data pipelines for analytics.
- Deep practical experience with databases, caching, and message queues.
- Strong observability, debugging, and incident response skills.
